Israel is a world leader in water conservation and reforestation.

  • By developing innovative irrigation systems, Israeli farms have dramatically increased water efficiency
  • The Ashkelon Reverse osmosis Desalination Plant is the largest desalination facility in the world.  It is able to produce water at $0.50 per cubic metre, cheaper than anywhere else in the world.
